Hansjuergen Overstolz was President of the Bosch Group in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, the Caucasus, Central Asia, Mongolia and CEO of both, Robert Bosch OOO in Russia and Robert Bosch Ltd. in Georgia until 2021. During his 25-year career with Bosch, he served as Director, Plant GM, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in Europe, USA and Asia.
His 10-year experience prior to Bosch includes the German Trust Agency (THA) and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Germany, as well as Saint-Gobain in France.
He continues to be involved in charitable, industrial, and social organizations, and is personally invested and actively involved in several start-ups: CFO of Delphi Diagnostics Inc. in Houston, Texas; Board Vice President of HPC Corp. in Toronto, Ontario.
Hansjuergen is also the German member representative of the Moscow based German-Russian Chamber of Commerce
and member of the German-Russian Forum e.V.
