Board of Directors

Fidel Reijerse is founder and President of RESCo Energy Inc., a solar engineering and construction firm specializing in commercial solar rooftop projects and building energy management. RESCo was founded in 2006 and took on a 50% investment by Flynn Group of Companies in 2010.

Prior to founding RESCo, Fidel co-founded a data mining firm focused on breast cancer diagnostics. Collaborating with IBM’s Alamaden Labs, researchers from UCSF and Cambridge, along with University of Massachusetts biostatisticians, two patent applications were filed for the proprietary algorithms developed.

Prior to that, Fidel was part of the founding team of Innovative Management Solutions Inc. which was sold to Jacques Whitford to form their LEED practice and is now part of Stantec.

Fidel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo and has held multiple volunteer board positions for non-profit organizations.
