
Michele Colucci, Esq. is the Founder and Managing Member of DigitalDx Ventures, an early stage venture capital fund investing in companies that innovate at the intersection of artificial intelligence/data and healthcare. DigitalDx seeks to fund diagnostic solutions that help doctors make better decisions diagnosing illness earlier, less invasive, less expensive and more accurately enabled by AI and data.
DigitalDx has eight companies in its portfolio diagnosing conditions including breast cancer, kidney health, mental health, multi-cancer screening, maternal health and cardiac monitoring. DigitalDx is a majority women-owned fund that values its diverse team, investors and portfolio company C-suite and board representation.
Michele’s Board service includes public and private Board experience. Current Boards include portfolio companies Delphi, Nephrosant, Trayt, Prime Genomics and Optina Diagnostics. Michele is also the West Coast Ambassador for the Nobel Laureate Foundation.
Voted a “Silicon Valley Woman of Influence” by the Business Journal and author of a blog in the Huffington Post on Female Entrepreneurship, Michele is well connected to the ethos of innovation, technology, and to entrepreneurs. Michele has been a guest lecturer and mentor in Global Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Stanford’s Engineering School, and featured in articles by the American Bar Association Journal, Gentry Magazine, NBC, Inc. Magazine, The Mercury News, Redbook and the Washingtonian.
Michele earned her law degree from Georgetown Law Center, a Masters in Fine Arts (MFA) from the American Film Institute, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Georgetown University. She holds several technology patents including one she created for one of her portfolio companies.
